what is the normal monthly rate?
The normal monthly rate is $22.77.
Do customers have to pay a setup or delivery fee?
No. Existing Decatur customers do not pay a setup or delivery fee. New customers receive a setup and delivery fee waiver for their first three months of service. After the initial three-month period, the standard setup/delivery fee will apply.
How often is trash collected? What day?
Trash is collected once per week. Decatur is divided into four quadrants, with service days running Monday through Thursday. Friday is reserved as a make-up day.
