Sponsorship & Community Engagement Request Form
At Adams Sanitation, we are passionate about investing in the communities we serve. Through Adams Gives Back, we proudly support local schools, nonprofits, community events, businesses, and civic organizations. While we would love to give back to every request we receive, sponsorship funding is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To allow proper review and planning, we ask that all requests be submitted at least 90 days prior to your event or funding deadline whenever possible.

Adams Gives Back Sponsorship Policy
Adams Sanitation is committed to strengthening the communities we serve through strategic partnerships, educational initiatives, and community engagement.
Funding Guidelines
- Sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Funding is limited and not all requests can be approved.
- Applications should be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event or funding deadline.
- Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
- Priority may be given to organizations that demonstrate measurable community impact.
- Applicants must disclose whether they have received sponsorship funding from Adams Sanitation within the past three years.

- Event date and location
- Funding due date
- Tiered sponsorship with levels with clear benefits and recognition details
- expected attendance and community impact
- Appearance logistics (if requesting equipment or staff participation)
Appearance Requests
Equipment and staff participation (Community Helper Days, Touch-A-Truck events, Meet & Greets) are scheduled based on operational availability and safety considerations.
