Welcome, Former RWS Customers!

We are very excited to welcome you to the Adams Sanitation Family! As local business owners in Northwest Florida, we are excited to earn your business by providing great value, dependable service and community engagement in meaningful ways.

Please be patient with us as we work to get your account added into our routing system. Our drivers have been doing their best to collect your trash as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We also want to make sure to give you notice that your route and collection day may be changing. For most customers around Milligan, Baker and Holt, your pick-up days are now Monday and Thursday.

For some customers – along Vinson Ray Road and points north – your pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday. We will be sending out emails and letters before the end of the week to give you more information about our new service, including your service-specific days and billing information.

We want to make it clear that all customers with a Residential Waste Solutions credit will be honored.

If you have questions or concerns, we want to hear them! You can either email them to info@adamssanitation.com or reach out directly to us by phone at 850.537.3282

We are excited to begin service with you!

Meet some of the team who will be picking up your garbage!

Christopher Saul is the Chief Marketing Officer for Adams Sanitation. When he isn’t slinging hot garbage from the keyboard – he is spending time with his family. He also likes to watch his SMU Mustangs play football and basketball.

Hours ago, Judge Dickey overturned an emergency injunction sought by Waste Pro that had temporarily paused the permit awarded to Adams by the Santa Rosa County Commission. More importantly, Judge Dickey made her ruling “with prejudice” resolving the matter permanently.
